To make your reservation, please put $5 per person (non-refundable) in an envelope with your name(s) on it and place it in the Pet Club mailbox in Anthem Center by Wednesday, September 25th. Checks should be made out to Sun City Anthem Community Association, Inc. You may also pay with cash, but be sure to put your name(s) on your envelope.
You must have a reservation to attend at the $5 price! There will be ONLY 10 spaces available for walk-ins at the cost of $10 per person.
