Setting up your Website Password & Registering Your Pet (Members Only)

Setting up your Pet Club website account

If you receive our communications, you are already in the system. DO NOT CLICK ON JOIN THE CLUB!

  1. Click on LOGIN, then FORGOT MY PASSWORD, and enter your email address. If you share an email, each of you will have set up a separate login using your Anthem ID number.
  2. Go to your email and find the email from the Pet Club titled "Replacement Login information for (Your Name). There will be a link for you to click on that will bring you back to the website set up a password.
  3. Set up your password of choice, confirm it, and click SAVE.
  4. Don’t worry if you forget your password. You can repeat this process any time you forget.

Registering your pet(s)-You must set up your account password before you can do this.

  1. Click on MY PROFILE
  2. Click on MY PETS
  3. Click on ADD PET and fill in the details.
  4. Click on ADD MEDIA to upload a picture of your pet from your phone or computer.
  5. Click SAVE.
